Harford Sports Training Academy is now Harford Sports Performance Center. American Owned and Operated we are an indoor training and performance center located in Harford County, MD. We offer training space for local sports teams to practice and prepare for their upcoming season or to stay sharp in their ongoing season. Whether you're a baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, football, track and field or just about any other type of athlete, we will have something for you. Take a few swings in our batting cages, train with our med balls and agility equipment to get stronger and faster, all while mom and dad take a break while watching the latest sports news on Satellite T.V.
